Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
